The heart of the salt industry

The Araltuz plant, located in the village of Zhaksykylysh, Aral district, Kyzylorda region, is the largest salt mining and refining enterprise in Kazakhstan and one of the industry leaders in Central Asia. For more than a century, the unique natural resources of the Aral Salt Lakes and modern technologies have been combined here to produce high-quality products.

Eco-friendly and modern mining method

The process of salt extraction begins in salt lakes, where dense layers of pure crystals form during the warmer months. Milling combines carefully cut off the top layer up to 10 centimeters thick, without disturbing the natural balance. This gentle method allows you to return to the same areas every year: during the year, the lakes naturally restore the salt cover.

Full production cycle

After extraction, the salt is delivered to the plant, where it undergoes several stages of processing: washing, drying, crushing and sorting. Next, the product is packaged in various types of packaging — from small retail packs and tubes to large wholesale bags and briquettes for industry and agriculture. Each stage is controlled by a modern laboratory, which guarantees high quality and product compliance with international standards.

Logistics

Thanks to the plant's facilities and well-established logistics, Araltuz ensures stable supplies of food, technical, industrial, cosmetic and feed salts throughout Kazakhstan and to countries near and far abroad.
