«OZERO» – a new trademark from JSC «Araltuz»

JSC «Araltuz» launched a new product line under the «OZERO» brand in 2022, targeted at the modern consumer with high requirements for product quality.

«OZERO» brand products are 100% natural and environmentally friendly. In production, the company does not use chemicals, whitening additives or anti-caking agents. «OZERO» salt strengthens the immune system well — it is rich in magnesium, calcium, and their content is slightly higher than in other salt varieties. The «OZERO» brand is produced in full compliance with modern quality requirements and holds certificates: ECO, BIO, HALAL.

The name «OZERO» reflects the natural origin and organic nature of the product, as the salt is extracted by open method from a lake.

The «OZERO» brand line includes table salt for two uses: salt for cold dishes (salads, appetizers) and salt for hot dishes (hot meals).

TABLE SALT - finely ground salt (No.0) is intended for preparing cold dishes, dissolves quickly, and does not contain harmful anti-caking additives. Thanks to its fine crystals, it is suitable for seasoning dishes at the table, salads, and cold snacks. The content of beneficial minerals in lake salt makes salt not just a flavorful addition to food, but functional as well. When ingested, it helps prevent the development of iodine deficiency diseases — endemic goiter — enlargement of the thyroid gland.

LAKE SALT – medium grind salt (No.1) is ideal for preparing hot dishes, with beneficial mineral substances, without harmful additives. Lake salt is intended for all types of hot dishes. Almost all recipes are developed based on the norm of this grind, usually indicated in the number of spoons.

SPICE SET – a unique image product from the «OZERO» brand with a classic composition of basic spices: «table salt» salt, black and red pepper, aromatic granulated garlic, which are used in recipes of all countries of the world. Each nation’s cuisines have their traditions in cooking and taste characteristics that distinguish them from others. But there are spices that absolutely everyone uses, regardless of geographic location, culture and nationality! The «OZERO» set contains exactly those spices that unite recipes from around the world!

In developing «OZERO», special attention and care were given to the design and packaging of the product. Modern consumer preferences in many countries of the world were studied, including packaging eco-friendliness, and the most ergonomic, in-demand packaging types were identified. For home use, «TABLE SALT» and «LAKE SALT» salts are packaged in convenient polypropylene packs weighing 500 and 1000 grams. For outdoor trips, it will be convenient to take with you a doy-pack with a zip lock of 300 grams, or a tube with a dispenser weighing 250 grams.
