Araltuz centenary: preserving traditions and valuing everyone
A centenary is far more than just a date in the calendar – it is an important milestone, a time to sum up a long journey and at the same time a point of support for the future. In its 100th anniversary year, Araltuz is focusing on what matters most – the people who, over decades, have built, preserved and developed one of the oldest industrial enterprises in the country.
As of 1 January this year, the company has taken a principled and carefully considered decision: the salaries of all production personnel have been increased by 10%. The pay rise has covered employees in all divisions – from key production sites to support services – and has become a logical continuation of the company’s consistent social policy.
The company emphasises that this is not a one-off measure, but part of a long-term strategy aimed at strengthening social stability, raising the status of blue-collar occupations and giving employees greater confidence in their future.
Nurlan Aitkazin, President of Araltuz JSC, noted that the hundred-year history of the enterprise would be impossible without the people behind the production figures and technological processes:
“One hundred years of Araltuz is, above all, a story of human labour. It is about lives and generations, professional pride and day-to-day responsibility. Our plant was built by people who invested not only their knowledge and experience, but also a part of their lives into it. The salary increase is an expression of our respect for those whose work ensures the company’s stability and development,” he said.
In the anniversary year, the awarding of commemorative medals to employees with more than ten years of service has taken on special, truly symbolic significance. These awards are a sign of recognition of their professional loyalty, skills and contribution to preserving production traditions.
According to the President, it is precisely such employees who form the inner backbone of the enterprise: “People with many years of service are the bearers of our corporate memory and culture. They pass on their experience to younger specialists and set standards of responsibility and quality. For us, it is important that their contribution is not only noticed but also duly acknowledged,” said Nurlan Aitkazin, President of Araltuz JSC.
The management of the enterprise underscores that attention to personnel is not an anniversary gesture, but a fundamental principle of the company’s operations. The social stability of the team has a direct impact on production reliability, product quality and the long-term prospects for development.
“When a person feels respect, fair treatment and confidence in the future, they give their work their full commitment. We are building Araltuz’s development on trust, mutual responsibility and respect for the work of every employee,” the President stressed.
The anniversary initiatives have become a reflection of the company’s philosophy, which has remained unchanged for a century: care for people, continuity between generations and responsibility to the region. The hundred-year story of Araltuz continues – grounded in experience, a strong team and a confident outlook on the future.
