A worthy response to today’s challenges: JSC «Araltuz» employees to receive a salary increase
From 1 January 2021, JSC «Araltuz» management decided to reimburse the additional increase in compulsory social medical insurance (VOSMS) contributions withheld from the employee’s income in the amount of 1%, which will allow maintaining the plant employees’ take-home pay. Also, the company is ready to fully compensate mandatory pension contributions (OPV) from environmental payments for employees living in the ecological disaster area in the Aral region, should this decision be made.
In addition, following its long-term strategy of sustainable growth and social support, from 1 March 2021 the production staff of the JSC «Araltuz» plant will receive a salary increase of an average of 10%. As a result, the company’s payroll fund, including taxes and deductions, will increase by 15.8%.

JSC «Araltuz» is the largest salt extraction and processing enterprise in Kazakhstan, founded in 1925. JSC «Araltuz» products – edible and technical salt – are a domestic brand with a high level of recognition not only in Kazakhstan but also in other CIS countries.
Having firmly secured leading positions in the Kazakhstani market, the company «Araltuz» currently exports 76% of its output to virtually all federal districts of the Russian Federation, Kyrgyzstan, Ukraine and Uzbekistan.
In the near future, the company plans to expand the territory of its deliveries, noting as its goal entry into the markets of Southeast Asia: China, Taiwan, as well as the Middle East: UAE, Qatar, Oman and others.
