Digital future with Araltuz

The largest producer of edible and technical salt in Kazakhstan, JSC «Araltuz», held a ceremonial event

at School No. 19 in the village of Zhaksikylysh dedicated to the handover of modern computer and

multimedia equipment as part of its social project «Digital future with Araltuz».

The event took place on 5 November at 11:00 and brought together representatives of company

management, the school director, a delegation from the akimat and the education department, as well

as students and their parents.

The project aims to eliminate the digital divide and create comfortable conditions for receiving quality

education in rural areas. Under the initiative, the school received the following high-tech equipment:

• Interactive board and projection set with computers.

• Modern computer classroom (8 personal computers).

• Assembly hall set including an LED screen and music equipment for holding offline and online events.

• 7 personal computers for children studying at home, ensuring equal access to the learning process.

The equipment handover fulfills key objectives of the «Digital future with Araltuz» program:

1. Improving digital literacy of students and teaching staff.

2. Supporting the educational infrastructure of rural schools.

3. Stimulating children’s interest in science, technology and innovation.

The ceremonial part included welcome speeches by JSC «Araltuz» management and representatives of

local executive bodies, a ribbon-cutting ceremony, and a tour of classrooms to demonstrate the

installed equipment. After the schoolchildren’s creative program, a festive cake was brought out and

cut.

JSC «Araltuz» confirms its commitment to the principles of social responsibility and will continue

implementing projects aimed at developing the regions where it operates.
