Nauryz in Zhaksykylysh

On March 21, 2026, the grounds of the Araltuz plant in the settlement of Zhaksykylysh became the center of a large-scale celebration of the national holiday Nauryz. The event brought together company employees and local residents in an atmosphere of joy, hospitality, and spring renewal.

The celebration was held in a spirit of deep respect for tradition. In beautifully decorated yurts, the honored guests included the settlement’s elders and aksakals, labor veterans of the Araltuz plant, and the akim of Zhaksykylysh. The warm meeting of representatives of different generations highlighted the company’s core value: fidelity to its roots and respect for those who have worked for decades for the benefit of the salt industry.

The festive program was rich and dynamic. Adults and children enthusiastically took part in creative and sporting competitions:
◆    Dance and vocal performances: The venue was filled with folk songs and vibrant performances.
◆    Sports tournaments: Competitions in national sports identified the strongest participants.
◆    Awards: The winners received not only certificates of honor, but also valuable prizes — cash awards and certificates from JSC Araltuz.

No Nauryz is complete without traditional treats. Especially for the guests, three varieties of pilaf and the main symbol of the holiday — Nauryz kozhe were prepared in huge cauldrons.

The company’s management made sure that every employee could feel the festive spirit. Hot meals were delivered directly to the workplaces of those specialists who were ensuring uninterrupted production while on shift duty that day.

“This celebration once again proved that Araltuz is not just a plant, but a large and close-knit family where every employee is valued and the traditions of the native land are honored,” the event organizers noted.
